Helen Appleby-Mitchell
Helen returned to Nicholson Portnell in 2023 having previously been at the firm earlier in her career.
Helen qualified as a Solicitor in 2014 and specialises in conveyancing and residential property work.
More specifically, Helen’s work includes:

- Transfer of Equity
- Re-mortgages
- Lease work including lease extensions
- Shared Ownership properties
- Adverse possession claims
- Unregistered Land
Outside of work, Helen spends most of her time with her young family and she is also a member of a local choir.
