We have experience of handling all types of criminal offences in Magistrates Courts, Crown Court and Court of Appeal. Richard Nelson is a member of the Tynedale Court Duty Solicitor Rota, and we provide 24-hour cover at Hexham Police Station.

We can advise on the availability of Legal Aid, and can represent you at court either under a Legal Aid Order or on a private basis.

We advise defendants on all aspects of their cases, including the strength of prosecution and defence cases, the plea they should enter, likely results, possible sentences and merits of appeals.
