Criminal Law

We have experience of handling all types of criminal offences in Magistrates Courts, Crown Court and Court of Appeal.

We regret, however, that we are no longer able to take on criminal law work on a publicly-funded (i.e. legal aid) basis.

We advise defendants on all aspects of their cases, including the strength of prosecution and defence cases, the plea they should enter, likely results, possible sentences and merits of appeals.
