If you buy something, which is not of satisfactory quality, not as described or not fit for the purpose you bought it for then you can sue the seller for breach of contract.
Any court action should be brought in the County Court. The Claimant will complete and file a Claim Form, which may include Particulars of Claim. These are then served on the Defendant. The Defendant can then decide whether to admit the claim and offer repayment or defend the claim in which case the matter will be decided by a District Judge.
