As solicitors who have obtained hundreds of thousands of pounds in damages for clients in personal injury claims, we put forward the following:-
1. It is very much in your interests to instruct a local solicitor who can meet with you face to face and who will be available to discuss the claim with you as it proceeds.
2. It is very important to see your solicitor as soon as possible after the claim arises so that all necessary investigations can be carried out and witness statements obtained whilst the event is fresh in everyone’s memories.
3. Our “no win no fee” scheme is exactly what it says. If your case is accepted on that basis you know that if your claim is not successful you will not have to pay anything. If the claim is successful then normally all our clients’ costs are paid for by the other side and the client receives the whole of the damages without any deductions whatsoever.
4. Any risk of your losing your case and of being ordered to pay the other side’s costs can be avoided by taking out the conditional fee insurance that we have arranged for our clients. The premium is deferred until the end of the case when it can be claimed from the other side and if the case is lost no premium is payable!
If you have a personal injury claim make an appointment today so that we can discuss entering into a “no win no fee” agreement with you.
